About Riley

This big headed, good boy came into the shelter as a lost stray back in October and has so patiently been waiting for a home to call his own since! Riley is ~4yrs old with an energetic yet laid back personality. He can get a little strong on walks being excited to get out of his kennel but settles quickly and enjoys the fresh air, happily enjoying your company. We know in a consistent routine he'd be the best boy ever. Sits nicely on command and eager to learn more. Riley is always extra happy to see his favorite and can't help but jump up for some extra love. He has a kinked tail that adds to his unique appearance, with a beautiful brindle coat and a head that seems almost too big for his body.. he is a total cutie!! He seems doggy friendly but a little undersocialized and would probably do better PROPER slow intros or a more patient doggy companion or a home where he is the only pet
