About Connor

Connor is a 2 year old Lab/Australian Cattle Dog Mix! Connor was saved from the euthanasia list alongside Ridley, his kennel mate. Connor was on the euthanasia list for being shut down and not doing well on a leash. Connor is a very sweet boy, who, even when scared, never tried to hurt or bite anyone. He loves a good back scratch and playing outside! He does well with other dogs from 10-60 pounds. He does like to chase cats but has not hurt them, and does listen when you tell him to stop. Connor would do well in a home with older children, he loves to jump and would probably knock over the little ones! Connor is afraid of things such as the leash, going into the bedroom, and sleeping on beds or couches. He would much prefer to sleep on the floor! Connor is potty trained and crate trained, he will need to continue crate training as he does like to chew things when he's bored. He is still acclimating and realizing he is safe, so we believe some of his anxious tendencies will go away over time. Connor is scheduled to be neutered on February 18th, so he will be available for adoption after that!
