About Sky

Meet Sky, who comes to us from a local shelter. She was owner surrendered to the shelter with her brother, Tiny (already adopted), because he said he could no longer take care of them. She and Tiny both lived their life in a 48' crate. Sky is a 3-year-old, 101 lb., Great Dane. She is housebroken, crate trained, and good with other dogs and cats, but due to being starved she does show food aggression with other dogs and would either need to be taught not to resource guard or be adopted to a family as an only dog. She is up to date on her vaccines and is spayed. Sky is very smart, sweet and affectionate, loves to nuzzle right into you, is great on a leash and in the car, and is very gentle and quiet. She is currently living in boarding and is also in need of a foster home. If you are interested in meeting Sky, please reach out to us for an adoption or foster application.
