Meet Rouge ~ LOVES Toys, Great with other Dogs We believe Rouge is a mix of many different breeds, she has such a unique look! With the proper coat color, eye color, ear shape and similar face shape to Australian Kelpie, Rouge has a unique snout, shorter stature, and the cutest, fluffiest ears that only puzzle us more! Despite the possible breed mix, however, her temperament is the complete opposite. Rouge is not the type to jump a lot, is much more down to earth than the other dogs that she has been housed with, and generally takes the role of 'leader' by respectfully correcting the other dogs without ever hurting anyone. She stays out of trouble well, and enjoys her space. Rouge came in as a momma to 3 adorable puppies, she has been a great mom, and now it is her turn to shine. Rouge LOVES all toys, she did have a bad habit of stealing the toys from her babies so she could play with them herself. She is an outgoing and confident girl, she is social with the other dogs, laid back in general and will make a fantastic addition to most any family. Rouge is around 45 lbs, estimated to be a little under 3 years old. She has medium fur, her ears are covered in adorably longer wavy fur. Rouge had to have 5 teeth extracted from a past injury of her being shot in the face. She had several fractured teeth. Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. We are USDA certified and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, heartworm tested, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you ***Breed input is required for each platform but is not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not DNA test. We rescue animals from different situations.We discuss breed assignments with our vets to label them as accurately as possible.*** We are currently unable to adopt pets to ME and RI residents.
