About Samson

[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] This is Samson (Sammy). He is 6 1/2 yrs old and in-tact. Unfortunately, he has some health issues in which he cannot hold his bowel movements. Because of the situation he is confined to a living room downstairs with hardwood floors. This has made him very disgruntled and sad. He knows when he has accidents and is shameful and feels terrible. We do not like that he is stuck downstairs so much alone. We are looking for a new home for him where someone could be home with him for most of the day. The vet said it is all anxiety, he does whine when nobody is around and he also paces the floors waiting for someone. His anxiety has gotten worse as he was also in two very nasty dog fights (my other dog). We do not want to give him a new home but at this point, he is not getting the love and attention that he deserves. He is a very sweet soul and deserves the love and attention that he used to get. This decision to rehome him has not been easy. We have tried many options. Both my hands were injured in the last dog fight because we have another male dog in the house. Both dogs will be rehomed, however, because my hands are injured, I cannot take care of / clean Sammy. I know pets are not just pets but family members so please keep comments kind, as I am heartbroken about this and have lost many hours of sleep over this.
