About Mellow

Sweet Mellow found himself at the shelter after his owner was charged with animal welfare negligence and was forced to give him up. We are hopeful that Mellow will find a new home soon after waiting months at shelter for his court case to be finalized. He has been nothing but the most perfect gentleman during his stay and deserves a better life that will give him the love he is so eager to give. Apart from his amazing spotted coat, he has a personality that shines and is an all around super great dog. He is not super high energy but loves to go for walks, where he walks like a champ and listens well. He is respectful and enjoys playing with toys. This smart boy will work for his treats and already knows basic commands like sit and down. Loves to be pet and cuddled yet not jumpy. You'd be lucky to have a pup like him!
