About Stripes

Stripes is a lovely young lady I found on the side of the Road, She has a sister, Spots, on another post. We looked for her owners, but couldn't find them, and so we must re-home her and her sister. My work schedule means I can not meet their needs. She is friendly to adults, but I haven't seen her interact with kids. We've not introduced her to my cats, either. Stripes is sweet, likes licking. She likes to explore and adventure, and will ignore you if she's having fun. If you sit on a couch, however, she will give you lots of cuddles and kisses. She is eating well, though she was starving when I found her, and still skinny now. She growls when her sister tries to take her food, but doesn't nip. She doesn't seem to care if I touch her food. I have no idea the breed. I guessed at it, but I don't really know. I have about a week before I'll have to place her and her sister in the pound, which won't be kind for them, since they sort of look like pit bulls.
