Oscar has been waiting for a home of his own since MAY! We think he is suffering from black dog syndrome- being overlooked simply for being a predominantly black dog. We don't understand- his personality shines and he has a smile that radiates happiness to the people around him. He has the biggest, most expressive ears. Oscar can be a stronger boy out on walks simply from being excited to go outside after being cooped up in a kennel for months but listens well and is very respectful, not jumpy at all. Oscar is playful with other dogs and would love a doggy sibling. He is a really great dog. Please come meet him
