About Stewart

Stewart came to the shelter on Halloween. His neglectful owner dressed him as a skeleton.. he was a skeleton of a dog, nearly starved to death; thankfully, Stewart ended up in loving hands when he found himself at AHS Newark. From his first day he was the sweetest boy to everyone he met. It's now been over 3 months since Stewart arrived and after some much needed TLC, he is SO ready to get into a new loving home that will continue to show him the love he deserves. He is a really great dog despite his past. Super affectionate, playful, and energetic but listens well especially in exchange for a biscuit and is a great walker on the leash. Stewart is super friendly with other dogs and would love a doggy friend. Please go meet Stewart at AHS Newark NJ
