About Odie

Odie is a one (1) year old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, male dog. He is sweet, playful, smart and sensitive. He has a lot of Ridgeback personality characteristics. He's house trained, knows commands and listens well. He loves to cuddle, get belly rubs, and snuggle next to you when you're on the sofa. He loves human attention, and is always eager to engage. He rides in the car well, even on long trips. We bring him to the dog park every day for socialization and exercise. He loves playing with other dogs. He is very friendly with people. He is currently enrolled in basic obedience classes to reinforce what he already knows and learn new skills. We want him to be the best companion that he can be. He needs a lot of exercise and would benefit from a family that is active and can take him on multiple walks a day, in addition to the dog park. We adopted Odie only to find out that our other dog doesn't get along with him. In addition, my son is allergic to him.
