About Cashew

Cashew is a resilient, loving dog who is ready for his second chance on life. Rescued last summer in a heartbreaking state of neglect, he was emaciated and suffering, too weak to enjoy life. But with love, time, and care, he has come back to life! His green squeaky toy has become his favorite companion, and he carries it with him everywhere. He desperately needs (and so deserves) a forever home. Through no fault of his own, he has been moved 4 times. It's sad and unfair to him. He yearns for someone to love. He is as sweet as they come! His favorite activity is cuddling and being hugged - he'd happily snuggle all day if he could. He needs a home where he is the only four-legged king of the castle. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle, and loving companion, Cashew is your guy. He is currently in the Dallas area. Transport can be arranged.
