About Bear
3-year-old Black Chow Chow Bear needs a foster home while we are looking for her forever home! Bear has a very calm demeanor. Most days, she loves to laze around the house. She is a sweet dog who loves to be near you, lying a few feet from you to keep an eye on things and to lounge around in the backyard/patio. She is alert and a great guard dog; she only barks when someone is at the door. Our ideal family to foster Bear would be one where she is the only pet in Ithe household and with a yard. She loves to chase cats and is very particular about what types of dogs she can comfortably live with. Bear is friendly to other dogs when meeting them on walks and at the parks, but she is more territorial in the home and may growl and snip to keep her personal space.
