This puppy was thrown out on the side of the road and was living under a bridge for about 9 days. Before that I don't know where he was. It took me a couple days to get him he's a very very nice little dog. He would make an excellent dog to take to the lake or hiking or anything like that he's a very outdoorsy dog. He's calm he's not overly excited. I have a 3 month old small puppy and he plays with her very gently. He's a little bigger than he realizes so I have to be careful. But he's not aggressive. I think because he went without food for 9 days that he gets a little protective over his food so I wouldn't feed him around other dogs right now. I've only had them for 2 days and I've evaluated him over the last couple days. While he eats I can pet him and rub his face and under his neck and everything and he doesn't growl or snap or do anything like that. I have five cats and he doesn't get overly excited about them he just looks at them I think that he would probably nip at them if he had a chance just because he's a puppy so he would need to learn how to be around cats but he is not overly aggressive towards them I think he just has really never seen a cat. I believe he is a Labrador and Blue Heeler mix I couldn't find Blue Heeler in the list so I chose Australian Cattle Dog which seem to be very similar or if not the same. He's a very smart dog he's very easy going and I think he would make an excellent dog with kids and I think he would make an even more excellent dog with somebody who would like to take him camping and Hiking to the lake and things like that he very much likes the water
