What a beautiful soul- Layla Let's take a moment to reflect on Layla and the unfair judgments she faces. Her cropped ears do not define her character. Can anyone truly believe she wanted to endure the painful experience of having her ears altered at home? Would you want to be judged solely on your appearance, or would you prefer others to understand who you are inside? Layla is a beautiful testament to love and connection. At around 4 years old, she adores cuddling and if you stop touching her she always looks at you with a sweet expression that says, 'Why did you stop?' She may be able to be with another dog, but would probably do best in single animal home. She is good with kids, but due to her size ( tall and 75lbs) kids 10 and up would be best. Despite the hardships she's faced-being abandoned, chained outside, and suffering over 40 bite wounds-Layla continues to show nothing but love. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be spayed soon. Now healed and thriving, she is looking for a loving home with a fenced yard and no other animals. Let's see her for the beautiful soul she is, deserving of love and affection for who she truly is.
