Meet DEXTER! DEXTER was originally rescued and cared for by Muscat Dog Adoption before traveling to Give a Dog a Home Rescue in Sebec, Maine, with other saved dogs. He arrived on January 28th, 2025, and has since settled in well at the rescue. Thankfully, they were taken in by Muscat Dog Adoption Rescue. His sister was adopted, but with no local interest in Oman, DEXTER was selected to travel to Maine to find his forever family. Stray dogs in Oman are affectionately known as 'Wadi Dogs' - a unique and elegant mix of breeds such as Saluki, whippet, and other desert-adapted sighthounds. Without rescue, many face heartbreaking fates.
