***NEEDS FOSTER or FOREVER HOME*** Currently in Boise boarding kennels LOU LOU is a sweet, beautiful 5 year old, medium-sized merle-colored Cattle Dog mix who has so many wonderful qualities LOU LOU is a loyal family dog. She is very good as a house dog. She has never been destructive, is fully house-trained, and doesn't get into garbage or food. She also loves being outside and sunbathing or following her person around. She loves walks, hikes, playing fetch, playing with her 'babies' (stuffed dog toys), cuddling, and car rides. LOU LOU has a high prey drive and may be dog-selective, so she is looking for a family with no cats or small pets. LOU LOU will adjust to a resident companion dog as long as temperaments are compatible but needs time for introductions and warm up. Because LOU LOU's owner was female and her boarding kennel caretakers are all female, she may be tentative around men, but will warm up if you walk with her. Like any shelter dog, she needs the right person/people and environment to flourish! LOU LOU's adoption comes with current vaccines and she is already spayed.
