Atlas is a purebred Siberian Husky born in November 2018. He is on the North American Purebred Registry and a pedigree is available; however, these are papers we gave to his last owners. We have had Atlas since he was a pup. We did adopt him out to a local church member, but the mother got sick and had a stroke, then Atlas was put in the dark basement with no food/water/light and neglected. After that, he was given to a family that chained him to a tree without the ability to reach his food/water. We drove by in another town and just happened to see him and rescued him. Atlas was never a problem until these events occurred. He does well with inside cats; however, once he is outside, his natural instinct takes over and he has killed 2 cats that were outside over the last 5 years. Atlas is wireless fence trained, clicker trained, sits, and shakes. He used to be housetrained until he was neglected and now urinates in the house, so we keep him in the kitchen, and he does not mess in the kitchen. Atlas is microchipped and neutered. His vaccinations do need updated. Atlas does well with adults, even with his food, but can be testy with children if they get in his face, especially with food.
