About Carissa

Beautiful Carissa is about 18mo old and weighs approximately 60lbs. She is an energetic, friendly as can be girl that will be a wonderful running or hiking partner. She is still learning to walk properly on a leash but with just a bit more training, she'll be the perfect walking partner, too. She loves to run and play with other dogs but she does not need another dog in the home as long as she has plenty of play dates. She is very active when she's outside so an athletically active home is a must. When she's inside, she does like to hang out in her crate while she's learning proper house manners. She's learning that hanging out on a dog pillow can be just as comfy. She must have a 5ft or higher securely fenced yard. She is very curious and loves to meet new people but she's still a young dog so kids must be over 12yrs old to make sure she doesn't knock them down with her exuberant wiggles. She is house trained as long as she has potty breaks every 2-3hrs. She has not been cat tested so no kitties please
