About Oliver

Oliver was raised in a puppy mill, and as a result, he formed a lot of anxieties and became very timid around people. I adopted Oli when he was 3 years old. In the 2.5 years that i've had him he has grown so much! He loves to cuddle, he will follow me and shadow me through the house, and he's gotten over his fear of walking on a leash. He will still shy away and get anxious when a stranger tries to pet him, but if you get him when he's relaxed and resting, he has learned to enjoy the affection. Oliver needs someone who can be patient with his shyness and help him continue to grow on his path to becoming more brave and trusting. He is mostly a very easy dog with a great temperament; he just needs someone who can be around for him.
