Meet me...COSMO (nick name ~ Cozi) I am a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. A beauty I might add! I was rescued when I was about a year old by the most wonderful couple. 'J' & 'C'. From the second 'J' saw me he knew I belonged with him. You guessed it... I found my forever home! 'J' was my main person. I never felt more loved. I landed in the perfect home because there were and are a couple of challenges with me. For one I have allergies and take medicine daily and a shot once a month. We all have allergies, right? I think my biggest hurdle is I have separation anxiety. They took me under their wing and pampered me like crazy and loved me A LOT!! I feel the anxiety is due to the first year of my life. I was put in a crate for 8-10 hours every day and paid no attention to afterwards. They were always gone. So back in the crate again. I got no exercise, playtime, all the things a dog should get from their owner. We depend on humans to take care of us and if you can't do so why have me?? When I was saved by my perfect forever home, I never saw a crate again. I would panic if they went somewhere. But I really was coming around until my life was shattered several months ago when my best friend '' got ill and passed from Cancer. 'C' didn't skip a beat on giving me extra love. We comforted each other & grieved together. My anxiety kicked in a tad when all that took place. I was just coming around 'again' when 4 days ago 'C' passed unexpectedly with me sitting by her side. I'm so lost now and have no home. The family can't take me because they have cats and I'm not a big fan. So here I am looking for someone to give me a chance & love me like they did. My heart aches. I don't want to be tossed around. I want a forever loving home with a family that I can cuddle with, live inside with my family and be a part of their life, a family that will be patient with me, not give up on me, love and keep me through ALL the good and hard times. PLEASE only inquire if you are beyond serious about making me a part of your family for the rest of my life!!
