Today is #NationalBrownDogDay & although Sanderson still barely has a #5oClockShadow after 3 months of treatments at the shelter... his light fuzz is at least a shade of brown :| At this point there are few other explanations other than being part Xoloitzcuintle. Sanderson has just hit his '3 Month ShelterVersary' and has not had a single person interested in Sanderson, it's ironic today is also #GroundhogDay because with stats like that not even #PunxsutawneyPhil can give a good forecast if he'll even get 6 more weeks of winter. Sanderson was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 11/2/24 following multiple reports about 3 large dogs abandoned in a vacant building lot, which ironically came a few hours after someone called wanting to surrender a family members 3 large mastiffs . Sanderson's situation was the most peculiar case out of the 3, as he had absolutely no fur on even an inch of his body HI!
