About Millie

This sweet girl is a three-year old female husky looking for her forever home. She knows basic commands such as sit, down, wait, stay, and come. She's fine with cats, walks nicely on leash, and is not reactive to other leashed dogs. She absolutely loves playing with toys, fetching balls, splashing in the water, and relaxing on her bed. While she's a total lovebug with humans, she does exhibit resource guarding behavior with other dogs in the home, which is why she needs to be the only dog in her future home. We brought her home in August and were unaware of her challenges with other dogs at the time. Unfortunately, she does not get along with our current dog. After consulting with a canine behavior specialist, we've kept them separated, and in doing so, we've seen her open up in a whole new way.
