****JUST ARRIVED FROM A LOS ANGELES CITY SHELTER AT RISK FROM FIRE**** MEET MAX: A 7-YR-YOUNG, MALE GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO IS READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Max might be the perfect fit for you. This 7-year-old male German Shepherd is currently at Dogtown Ranch Rescue, eagerly waiting for a family to call his own. Max is a classic German Shepherd-intelligent, devoted, and active. He still has plenty of energy and enjoys going for walks and engaging in fun, mentally stimulating activities. His calm demeanor and friendly nature make him a wonderful companion for someone who can offer him a stable environment and plenty of love. Though he's a little older, Max is in great shape and has many years of affection and companionship to give. Per the shelter '1/13/25 - Met Maximilian in the yard with another volunteer. He loved playing with the ball but really wanted treats and attention. Knows sit and down. Take treats a little rough so open palm is best when giving him a treat.' Max is also great with people and would do well in a home where he can be the loyal companion to someone who enjoys spending time with their dog.
