Jax is a good and loyal boy! He has an old soul but is still full of energy. He has been suffering a lot with severe allergies, dry skin, and losing fur. He was checked by a vet and he does not have mange. His current home cannot keep up with vet bills or a health regimen. He would need someone dedicated to giving him meds, and keep up with other treatments if necessary.
