Bailey was taken in as an emergency foster and our hearts and home were opened for her at the last minute to avoid her being dropped off at a shelter. She is a loving, smart, loyal girl and it would be best for her to be the only dog in the home. We were told she is a blue healer/australian cattle dog mix and will be 4yo in May. She is approx 50-60 lbs (+/-). She is trained on pee pads and to go outside. We alternate her feeding with various proteins along with some fruit and vegetables, and supplement with free access to kibble. Prior to taking her in we were told she lived with (2) chihuahuas and was almost always crated. Not sure how she is with kids/cats as we have none in the home. We have a small female chihuahua in the home and they do not tolerate each other well and the situation is getting too stressful and we must find a home for her soon. She likes to lay with you and cuddle after a walk or jaunt in the yard, and she loves to sleep a lot. She enjoys playing catch with plush squeaky toys and is a lady during car rides. She is so full of life and love! She enjoys walks on the leash and running free in a fenced-in backyard. She loves human companionship and desires to be by your side. She would fit best in a quiet, peaceful home where someone is home more often than not, but she is ok alone. She sleeps well at night in bed with her human and is also good with a crate, if needed. We are praying for a loving home to give her the life she was created for, to be happy and free. Please reach out if interested. Thank you.
