Please note that because all our dogs live in foster homes, we are unable to set up meetings with a dog unless we have a completed adoption application on file. Adoptions must be within a reasonable distance from Mickelton, NJ for our volunteers to be able to conduct an in-person home visit. Clover is a 7-year-old sweetheart who came to us after being found as a stray-scared, confused, and in need of serious TLC. Since joining our rescue, she's blossomed into a happy, loving companion who's ready to find her forever home. Clover is blind and deaf, but she doesn't let that slow her down. She navigates her world with confidence and enjoys a cozy, predictable routine. When she arrived, she had noticeable hair loss, which is now growing back beautifully with proper care. She also received important medical care upon arrival, including a mass removal and a dental cleaning, and she's recovering wonderfully. Clover has Cushing's disease, which is well-managed with daily medication (Vetoryl 10mg), which costs around $85/month. This little fashionista loves wearing pajamas and relaxing on the couch. While she's not potty trained, she reliably uses pee pads. She walks well on a leash with some guidance and would do best in a home with a fenced yard or where she can safely lounge indoors. Clover gets along well with other dogs and cats, and she especially loves cuddling up for a quiet evening of TV with her humans.
