I'm looking for a home for my husky Estes. She is approximately 4 years old. I rescued her last year from a shelter, hoping I would be able to provide her with the love and care she needs. Sadly I am not. She's an amazing dog but has some things that need attention, that i'm not able to help with anymore due to finances. She is very scared of people (she only acts herself around me and my mom). Very scared of cars. She does great in a house with people she's comfortable with, but when taken outside, or in the car, or around other people, she's fearful. She has a lot of anxiety and fear from whatever she went through before I adopted her in the shelter last year. I have tried a calming vest (pictured) and calming chews such a hemp chews. I've come to terms that the only way she'll become the best version of herself is with intensive training, or medications prescribed from a vet. Or a family that has a backyard, where she can freely go outside and come back in, or land to roam. My lifestyle of going on hikes, dog parks, outdoors and car rides have not helped her be comfortable. She gets along great with other animals. Where I live there's another dog and cat. She shows no signs of aggression, she will let you pet her etc..but is very timid. I know this is asking a lot. I just have a feeling there is someone out there who has the money, time and energy to give this girl her best life possible. Please reach out with any questions, Intrest or advice. Thank you
