About Heidi

Heidi is a 7-year-old, 9-pound sweetheart who has made an incredible recovery after emergency surgery. Attacked by a larger dog, she proved just how tough and resilient she is-bouncing back with the same confidence and sass she's always had. This independent little lady enjoys car rides, leisurely walks, and curling up for cozy naps with her favorite human. She's a well-socialized alpha female who thrives in a calm home with minimal competition for attention. While she tolerates other dogs, she would be happiest as the center of your world. Important: Heidi is an escape artist and requires a secure, fully enclosed yard and a home where she can't slip out the front door. A baby gate or other barrier at entryways is a must to keep her safe! She is potty trained, kennel trained, and knows basic commands like sit, shake, and stay. Heidi is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea and heartworm prevention. She is currently being fostered in Hutto, TX, and her adoption fee is $450.
