About Pierre

French Bulldog
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

He's a cuddly little guy and I know in the right environment he can succeed. However, I live with my mom, dad, brother, and two other dogs. Which makes the process difficult. To begin, he starts showing signs of reactivity and aggression, at 5-6ish months. He bit my mom, while I was at work, which broke skin. I don't know the exact story - but if i remember ocrrectly the dog was laying with my mom and bed and she pick up his chew stick. A month or two later he got in a pretty bad fight with my other dog, which I believe was started due to resource guarding over a bone the other dog took. We started to manage it, but it was still there. He bit me afterwards when trying to remove an oven mit he was chewing on. a month or two afterwards he bit me again when hot access to a slice of pizza i tried taking away. A couple months after that, he attacked my brother for getting close to my room - this one was bad. My brother got bit multiple times. My brother ran into his room but pierre snuck in and kept trying to bite him. We were able to subdue him, but my brother did get bit multiple. Luckily hes only 30 pounds. When he goes in these rage spells its not pleasant . He also randomly tries biting my brother and parents feet if they move too close to me. He is also very dog reactive on walks. Barking, lunging etc... I've been working with a trainer for the past month and a half, which doesnt seem to be helping as much as we'd like. As much as we hate to say it, he is just too much for us to handle and it is causing a serious strain on the family's relationship. He really is cute though. Everynigt he always stands up and waits until you lift the covers to sleep between yours. He is such a velcro dog too lol. He always wants to be with people. It is also worth mentioning he has bad separation anxiety, he will try any way to sneak out with which in cludes nipping excessively. I am reaching out, hoping some patient kind-hearted individual would be willing to take him in with him and take on such a challenge? I truly believe in the right environment he can succeed, most likely in a no pet or not with too many people in the house. Thank you so much for taking the time! I know I listed a lot bad, but he also has a lot of good.
