About Milo

PENDING ADOPTION Posting for a family member: Milo is a 7 month old boxer shar pei mix that is looking for his forever home! He will be neutered February 20th and is available for adoption afterwards. My Sister got him when he was 8 weeks old and she has realized he is too much dog for her to handle. He is already around 60 pounds and definitely not done growing (his dad was approx. 100 pounds). He is very, very smart and learns very quickly, but definitely needs some basic training. He is crate trained and house trained but doesn't know his size and will jump on people (due to this he wouldn't be good around small children and would do best in a home with teenagers or older). He does have some resource guarding with food and his favorite toys that needs to be worked on. He is great with other dogs but would do best in a home with dogs that can match his high energy. He plays hard and sleeps hard lol! He is used to sleeping with someone every night and is a big lap baby. He's an absolute sweetheart and loves everyone he meets, but just needs someone that has the time and experience to train him. Fenced in yard is a must.
