Courtesy Posting: EMERGENCY! 1/28 DUE OUT & CODE RED AT APPLE VALLEY ANIMAL SERVICES, Apple Valley, CA (So Cal) - ID #248396-- NEEDS A CHOW SAVVY HOME OR FOSTER AND RESCUE TO SAVE HIS LIFE We are in urgent need of finding a foster and rescue for this adorable male chow mix who was found as a stray in the mountains. He is still decompressing and seems to be a bit scared as seen in the video we have. Sadly, he is at one of the highest kill shelters in our state, his stray hold is now up- 1/25 and per his listing, it says, he is available to rescues on 1/28 and may be euthanized also on this date. This shelter typically euthanizes quickly, sometimes that day or the next. Therefore, if you may be interested in fostering, fostering to adopt, or helping in some other way (ie., pledging for his rescue), please contact [email protected] or Southern California Chow Chow Rescue Network who is trying to find placement asap, and we can try to pair fosters or interested parties with a willing rescue group.
