About Franklin

Against all odds, 10-year-old Franklin, a resilient Chihuahua, has overcome incredible challenges. Despite his health issues, including heartworm disease and a 5/6 heart murmur, as well as severe dental disease, his spirit remains unbroken thanks to a loving foster home. We are now seeking an extraordinary adopter to provide a permanent, loving home for this remarkable dog.
