Thank you for your interest in one of our amazing dogs, please how our meet and greets work. We are by appointment only, all our meet and greets are outside on the same property as the shelter, under our covered, fenced area, so we must schedule appointments. If a dog is on our website, it is available for adoption. We do not schedule multiple meetings with different people for the dog on the same day. We do meet and greets Tuesday-Saturday, no night meets. We have questions at the bottom of each dog's bio, by answering the questions in your inquiry, you help move things along, it is okay if you do not, we will send an e-mail back to you with those questions. It does not matter if you are a homeowner or renter, but please check with your rental company for breed and weight restrictions. If this will be an ESA dog, get approval from your rental company first. Our dogs are listed on Petfinder (purchased by Purina), Adopt-a-pet and rescueme.org or you can e-mail us directly at [email protected] with questions about the dog, please be sure to say who you are asking about. Lastly, we do review all applicants, so if you are looking to get a dog today or in the next 24 hours, we may not be the right place, by taking a little more time and reviewing we have decreased our yearly dog returns to 1%. We get back to everyone as quickly as possible, sending multiple inquires or calling multiple times, will not change the process, if you don't get a reply e-mail within 72hrs, check your spam and junk folder, if there is nothing please e-mail us directly at [email protected]. ** Almost ready for adoption, we are hoping to find the right home, as she may take a few meet and greets** Meet Wiley, Female (Spay date 2/10/25), Husky, approx. 1yr old. Wiley was left to fend for herself, living in a backyard, getting food when her humans decided to feed her. She came in underweight and sick from eating garbage. When she 1st came in she was scared of being inside, scared of human contact, however, this sweet girl learned quickly, indoors means food, indoors means a safe warm bed. Her biggest accomplishment is human touch means love and safety. She was so lucky that her finder was a wonderful person, who showed her affection and had tasty treats. Even starting life they way she did, she has been incredibly gentle and loving towards are team. She loves to jump around our field and get belly rubs. She is leery of new people, but treats solve that. Can you give her love and Safety? My adoption fee is $250, includes spay, microchip, vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment and 1pound bag of food. 1. Do you have a privately fenced yard? 2. How many humans and ages live in your home? 3. How many animals and types? 5. Are you active, hiking, daily walks? Basic training? 6. Do you have the time to give her hugs and kisses? 7. Have you ever owned a Husky before, if so please tell us about them. 8. What would a typical Wiley day be like?
