About Theodore 'Teddy'

This shy little guy has not being thriving in a home with 6 cats (8 before we placed mom and sister) and 3 people. I think he would to best as an only pet, or maybe with an older cat that is not high energy. He is very skittish I think a calm enviroment with a retired couple or a single living alone perhaps. I really think it would blossom with someone who could give him the personal time and attention he needs in a relaxed setting. His brothers have become happy and snuggle high energy little guys. This one just needs an enviroment we can't give him (for the record we didn't really plan on keeping any of them we found mom and kittens living under our porch at the end of summer and brought them in to give them care and find them homes we have 3 cats of our own already)
