About Tenley

Extraordinarily Special Pup As we dog enthusiasts know, all pups bring something unique into the world. Some are super-playful and remind us to include fun in our lives. Others are just plain goofy and keep us giggling all day long. Then there's Tenley, a 1-year-old, 40lb terrier/pocket pit mix who takes sweetness to a whole new level. What's even more amazing about this little girl's sweet personality is that it blossomed despite a difficult start. She arrived at a shelter as a stray with a uterine infection and a dislocated ankle in dire need of help. Fighting for her life, she was immediately rushed for emergency surgery. Thankfully, her surgery went without complication. In the subsequent weeks, Tenley gradually regained her strength, and her personality started to shine. ' Enjoys walking, posing for pictures, and cuddling under blankets during cold weather ' Loves to play with kids, adults, and other dogs of all sizes ' Has phenomenal listening skills, is well-behaved, and does fine in a crate Members of her foster family and others who have spent considerable time with Tenley are crystal-clear about one thing: this pup is special.
