I adopted Commander about ten months ago from the animal shelter. He had been confiscated from a home so he came with trauma.I have worked a lot with him through his trauma but he still has separation anxiety very bad. When I rescued him I was told he was already two years old.He was younger and he still was chewing on things.I had to eventually kennel train him as I cant leave him without putting him in his kennel. Unfortunately I no longer have the space for what he needs He is very much an outside/inside dog and likes to rome free.I live in an apartment complex where he has to be leashed up all the time and has no where to run. He likes walks, he is very sweet but plays aggressively but will listen if it's too much. He cries all day when people pass by as I feel he needs more attention then what I can give him.He needs a family. He is potty trained and he does all tricks. He likes to cuddle..stand up and hug and hold hands. I absolutely love him but I need to do what's best for him .He should be living his best life and that's what I want for him. He likes to go hiking ,in the car,to the park.I had to sell my car when I stoped working so I can only walk him daily and that's not enough for him as he needs more. He comes with his kennel It's a heavy duty one as he is very Strong. His kennel is also his safe zone at times. He is super sweet and loved to sun bath. His favorite snack is carrots. I feel like he would be a perfect fit for someone active or a family that can give him the attention and space he needs
