About Rosie

Rosie was neglected at a very young age and was passed between owners avoiding shelter life. She's very loving and cuddly once she gets to know you. She's very curious to animals, people, surroundings that are unfamiliar, but not aggressive unless she feels threatened. She's a very anxious eater, so care and control should be used. She has a sensitive stomach. If her portions are controlled, she does very well. Her current situation: she was rescued by a student at Purdue University who loves her very much. He is a professional pilot with limited time to give Rosie the care and exercise she needs. He would love to reunite with his Rosie one day, but the timeline is unknown, so he understands if she must stay with her next forever family. Ultimately, he wants what's best for Rosie.
