Apophis was brought into the Riverside County Animal shelter last summer where he was then listed on the kill list. In haste, I pulled him out and have welcomed into our home. He's a good boy, sweet, does great in the car, wants to please, and loves little dogs, squeaky toys, plushies, running after a ball, and knows a good deal of basic commands (crate, sit, stay, down, come, wait, drop it, no, get out of the kitchen, get it, bed). But I can't keep him due to his size (our small studio is just simply too little for this big boy), cost of care (big boys require lots of food), time for training and exercise (I just don't have the energy or time to get him the exercise he needs), and he's begun peeing on the floor when waking up, as well as entering into new homes (which I just can't handle everything getting ruined & am not equipped to train unfortunately). He's very chill and loves belly rubs and ear scratches. He comes with a crate, 2 dog beds, a handful of toys and a bone, food & water dishes plus a stand, harness, collar, leash, and food. We think he's a Dutch Shepherd/Great Dane mix since he's 80-85lbs at 9 months old, chill lap dog style of a boy who can ruuunnnnn.
