About Oso

Oso is a 5 year old GSD, that was used for breeding. He was being taken from client to client around New Mexico to breed. He was very thin when we met Oso. The owner wanted to get 'rid' of him because he was mating with all females at home. He has been neutered since being rescued. Oso does require someone patient and with experience. He loves attention and getting pets. Oso is a very lovable dog, but is protective and will let you know when someone he doesn't know is around. He does very well with other dogs and cats. He is potty trained as well. He is still very active, loves to be outside and play with a frisbee or stick. He loves car rides. Loves treats and learning. Oso is currently taking medication for a perianal fistula. He takes medication once a day and this will probably be a long life issue. This does not stop him, he is still very active and happy. Everywhere Oso goes, he is noticed and loved on. He loves the attention.
