Hi there, I'm Leah! I'm a 2-year-old pit mix, weighing in at almost 30 pounds of pure love and energy! I may be small, but my personality is BIG, and I've got so much love to give. I'm here to find my forever family- could that be you? Let me tell you a bit about myself: I'm a people person through and through, and I really enjoy hanging out with kids. I haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet, but who knows? Maybe we'd get along! I do have one little quirk- I'm protective over my food and high-value treats. It's just something I'm working on, and I know with love and patience, I'll keep getting better. When I'm happy, you'll know it, because I'll do my signature happy spin! I'm also pretty stylish (if I do say so myself). My Christmas jacket is my absolute favorite, and I wear it like a model. I'm also a bit of a foodie; salmon and blueberries? Yes, please! Oh, and my mom says I've got a special look I give when I really like you- it's my famous 'corner eye.' My past wasn't the easiest. I was rescued from someone who didn't treat me kindly, but thanks to my mom, I've learned how wonderful love and kindness can be. I adore cuddling up with her and being her little shadow, but I do get a bit stressed when she's away. With time, I know I'll feel more secure. I've got lots of energy, so I'd love an active family to help me burn it off with playtime, walks, or adventures. I'm not spayed yet, but I'm ready to start the next chapter of my life with someone who will love me for the sweet, silly, and cuddly girl that I am.
