About Cedar

Cedar is a 5 year old, 35 lb Jack Russell Terrier/Australian Cattle Dog mix. While at first meeting he can seem standoffish, his goofy, playful, lovable nature quickly shines through and he wins over the hearts of everyone he meets. He is good with kids and has almost always lived with dogs that are his size or larger. He is high energy with a rough-and-tumble play style and he can't possibly play enough fetch in his lifetime! He's very smart and knows lots of commands, and learns new things very quickly. He's fiercely loyal to his humans, and has a heart full of love to give to his family. Anytime he isn't playing he can be found in my lap or cuddled next to me on the couch, he is a true Velcro dog. Be prepared to be woken up with aggressive kissing in the morning! Cedar is neutered and UTD on all his shots. It breaks my heart to post this, I love him so much. But I'm experiencing both physical and financial issues and am unable to care for him. If I'm unable to find someone to take him ASAP my husband is taking him to a shelter. Please help me get him into a home where he will get the love he deserves if you can.
