Meet Hunter! Hunter is a 9-month-old mix (possibly part Tibetan Terrier) weighing 27 pounds of playful energy and affection! This smart and curious pup loves being outside, rolling in the grass, and being part of the action. He's also a total cuddle bug who thrives on spending time with his people. Hunter is: * Potty trained and sleeps in his crate at night in his foster parents' room. * Good with other dogs and would love having a playful dog buddy in his new home. * Quiet, only barking when seeking attention. * Not bothered by being picked up. Hunter is still working on crate training during the day but does well sleeping in his crate at night in his foster parents' room. He walks well on a leash but will need a little more training to perfect his skills. Like any puppy, he has some typical tendencies, such as chewing on shoes or curtains, and is still learning house manners like keeping his paws off counters. With supervision and guidance, he'll continue to make great progress. Hunter is starting to discover how fun toys can be and enjoys exploring new things! With his long coat and tendency to shed, regular grooming will be essential to keep him looking and feeling his best. Hunter loves being part of the action and thrives on companionship. He would do best in a home with a yard where he can run and play. Though he hasn't been tested with kids or cats, he should do well with older, respectful kids. His ideal home would include someone who's home often, as he loves being with his people, and a playful dog to keep him company.
