My elderly (88 years old) mother in law has just entered an assisted living facility due to her declining health and will be unable to keep her cat any longer. We are hoping you can help us find a home for the cat. Her cat is a 5-year-old neutered Ragdoll mix named Gracie. She is a loving cat as long as the petting is on her terms. She is indoor and litter box trained and has been on wet food (pate type) exclusively. She is large dog friendly. We need to find her a home in the next two weeks because our moms house will have to go on the market to pay for her care and we can't put it on the market until the cat is not in the house (we don't want the cat to escape when real estate agents show the house.) We can ensure Gracie is up to date on shots and can purchase 3 months worth of food to send with her to her new home if that will help get her adopted. Please let us know if you can help find Gracie a home.
