About Roxanne

Roxanne is a one year-old Border Collie mix. She is sweet, lovable, and highly intelligent (and thus trainable) but she is proving too energetic for us. We are senior citizens and don't have the energy or patience to train a breed as active as this. Also, one of us is going through cancer treatment which makes caring for her more difficult. 'Roxie' is not yet housebroken, though we are working on it, and has a tendency to jump on people and nip playfully. We believe she will be a fabulous pet for someone who can devote the time and energy toward raising her. Roxie loves to play fetch and loves lots of toys (which we can provide) and she has become a neighborhood favorite. We can provide documentation that she has been spayed and has received all necessary vaccinations. We would dearly love to place her in a good, loving home.
