I spent my entire life outside on an Indian reservation in New Mexico. Now I am told I get my own person to love me and a safe and comfy home to call my own, and I cannot believe how lucky I am! My gratitude for this second chance at an actual life shows in my affection, loyalty, and love towards humans. I love them all and can't get enough of them and their cuddles. I am very chill and relaxed and up for anything. I mean, anything is sooooooo much better than the dirt ground and scraps I could find. The happiest life for me would include daily walks, since I love being outside and moving my body. I am easy on a leash and happily bounce along beside you wherever you may go. Car rides are a joy to me, as well. I love water, snow, grass, and zoomies. I am a good eater and do not have food aggression. Sleeping in bed next to you is my preference, especially if you don't keep your bedroom too hot. I am about 40 pounds and 8 years old, though when you see me do my zoomies, you'd think I was 3 years old. I am crate-trained, house-trained, neutered, and microchipped. I stay out at my foster's house when left alone, and I never scratch anything or go to the bathroom in the house. I wait quietly and patiently until the foster arrives back home. I barely ever bark. If what you seek is a well-mannered, all-the-nonsense-out-of-my-system, grateful, cuddly, blood-pressure-lowering, loyal and dedicated companion who is up for anything, please reach out to my foster so we can meet and see if we are a good match. I'm so ready to start my forever life!
