About Mindy

Meet Mindy....... Mindy is a 5 year old miniature Goldendoodle who weighs around 10 pounds. When we got the call about Mindy we were told she was tied out in a field with a blue plastic barrel for a dog house and that her eyes were matted shut. The lady who contacted us about her ended up being able to get her from the 'owner' and brought her to us. Mindy had no name or birth date. We had to cut her coat with scissors because she was so badly matted. This was on a Thursday, then we took her to the vet on Friday. She was still so matted our vet decided to keep her and shave her for us while she was under being spayed. This is why she has no fur and has on a red sweater. Mindy also was very thin. It look like she has been close to being starving. This was one of 4 super sad cases we have had in the past week. On the up side, Mindy has been fully vetted. She is happy and clean. She has a warm bed, full belly and living her best life ever. Mindy is shy but absolutely loves to be with you, she is getting use to getting touches and a kind hand. Mindy will need a quiet home with a fenced yard to keep her safe while outside to go potty. She does faithfully use her doggy door out the adoption center to go potty.
