This adorable little guy is Bowser. He is a one-year-old terrier mix and weighs 20 lb. Our trainer says 'Bowser is a young dog who is still unsure about the world, but really looks to people to help show him the way. The longer his evaluation went on, the more he became comfortable. He even started to toss toys around to himself. And he likes to roll over for belly rubs. His ideal home is with someone who is patient and understands that he is a sensitive dog who needs a gentle handler. He would do well with children of all ages but might prefer dog-savvy children. He would love to have a doggie friend and could benefit from a confident dog to show him the way.' We don't know what Bowser thinks of cats but can cat-test him if needed. Bowser is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and healthy. His adoption fee is $395. If you would like to meet/adopt Bowser, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms or stop by at our shelter Wednesday-Sunday between 12 and 6 PM. The DAWS shelter address is 147 Grassy Plain St. Bethel. Bowser can't wait to meet you!
