About Betsy

Betsy is going to be 2 years old this may 1, 2025. I've had her since she was about 6 months old got her with her other 2 siblings from the shelter in Moses lake. Betsy interacted very well with her sister and brother, my older dog, and parents dog, go out and chase the ball or frisbee, most any toy. Betsy has interacted very well with adults, once she got to know them, she is shy at first and will bark, but once she gets to know the individuals she very affectionate. She has done well with my niece and nephews, they are around the age of 12-16, she hasn't been around younger kids so I can't say how she will be around younger children. Until recently she has done very well, but not sure why she shown irritation and aggression twords her sister (female dog). From the few individuals I have talked to they mentioned that some liters if you get more that one done and the same sex they try to be the dominant dog. Betsy isnt always aggressive twords her sister I'm not sure what triggers it, it has happened out side in the yard, but they seem to go back to normal afterwards. I work long hours at work and not sure how or if this can be corrected, and really don't want for it to get worse. Betsy needs to go to a loving home that has no other pets, she's happy to be with her person and if you throw a ball she's thrilled to go get it, bringing it all the way back to you, this has been a working process but found her game is if u ignore her she'll keep bringing it closer. I really don't want to give her up and a dissuasion I don't make lightly, but I want all my puppies to have the best life they r ment to have
