Scout is approximately 6 years old. He is a sweet and loving dog with an average energy level. Scout obeys commands and works well on or off leash. He does not dig loves the outdoors and is well behaved indoors as well. He has a loving and gentle nature, although when threatened will retreat to a spot he feels safe. If you get close at that point he will snarl to give warning. I give him a minute to relax and he's fine. We are rehoming him because we frequently have small children visiting and we don't feel they would understand how to be with him in that state. He truly is a wonderful companion dog and a joy to love. Best in an adult environment.
