We first met Hershey Kiss back in 2020 right before covid lockdowns. She was an owner surrender and then she was adopted. Now she's back at the shelter as a stray and the phone number associated with her chip has been disconnected. Hershey Kiss is playful and affectionate. She loves to give kisses. She also knows sit and takes treats well. She looks to be in good shape so we're thinking she wasn't a stray for long.
